Faith Person, dispatcher, finds the loads for drivers. Faith aims to choose loads that benefit the drivers the most, all while boosting the success of the company.

Prior to dispatching, Faith was a middle school mathematics teacher for 3 years in the Hopewell City Public School system.

Other titles include Middle School Soccer Coach, Varsity Tennis Coach, and Tutor.

Outside of the educational realm, she holds other titles including server, bartender, cashier, and restaurant manager.

Faith is the type to try out any job or career path. She lives by the mottos “you never know if it’s for you, until you try it,” and “don’t let anyone else determine your life experience.”

She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in 2019 with B.I.S. in Liberal Studies for Early and Elementary Education. Currently Faith is getting her Masters Degree from Virginia State University.

In her spare time, Faith enjoys traveling with family and friends, as well as trying local restaurants. She is a lover of all candy covered in white chocolate. One of her favorite quotes is “’If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader” by John Quincy Adams. She believes in leaving her mark on everyone she meets. She is certain that she was put on this Earth to motivate anyone that she crosses paths with.
